Hello my name is
Roy Morgan When I was young my father was a pool player--a hustler,always
traveling around following the game. When I was older he taught me the game
and gave me the tools to play the game well. Everyday you could find me
standing around a pool table in some smoky little tavern, doing what I loved
to do--playing pool
The leagues I played in were all the same, pay your money and at the end they
gave you a small amount back and kept the rest. I decided that I could change
that, and I did.
I became the President of The Greater Fort Myers Pool League about 15 years
ago. We have been building our numbers of players and sponsors ever since.
When you play with us your money does not wind up going to someone that owns
the league or a bar owner that gives a little back at the end. We just pay
the expenses incurred and award the money back to the players, on a curve
according to the standings. At least 90% of the money collected is awarded at
our Awards Ceremony.
We also sell pool supplies at great discounts to our league players.

If you are in the Ft. Myers area we have room for you to join us in league
play now. If your a club owner with pool tables I can help you fill up your
place on Monday night. Sponsors fees are only 20 dollars per team and we put
players from all around in your place every Monday night--Not only is that
cheap advertisement but every Monday night there will be a different team of
players in your bar that may have never came in otherwise
Our award Banquet and playoff partys are legendary,as a sponsor you get to
host our banquet on a rotating basis. This is a big party with the players
receiving large amounts of cash.
If your not from Ft Myers we can build a league in YOUR area, we just need a
local promoter to work with. So if your tired of giving away your money to
send others to Las Vegas or buying TV spots
